I am a postdoctoral research fellow at St. Francis Xavier University, working with Dr. Cory Bishop.
I graduated from Plymouth University, UK, in 2009 with a Bsc. 1st Class Hons. in Marine Biology and Oceanography, and completed my PhD in Marine Science at Plymouth University in collaboration with the Plymouth Marine Laboratory and the National Lobster Hatchery in 2013.
My interests revolve around the physiological responses of aquatic organisms to climate change and are currently focused on two issues: the effects of Ocean Acidfication and Ocean Warming on marine invertebrates such as lobster, and understanding the physiological interactions between a salamander and it's symbiotic algae .
